Our Community

Alongside a continued focus on the wellbeing of our people, we’re also very passionate about the wellbeing of those in our local communities, both locally to our factories and throughout New Zealand.

Whether it be informal contributions such as dropping boxes of product off to food banks or community groups, to larger scale campaigns such as working with The Breast Cancer Foundation NZ and Surf Life Saving NZ, we are committed to supporting our wider community groups!

In addition to the work we do at a high level, we give our people the opportunity to support charities that are important to them, by offering our salaried team a day of paid leave per year to volunteer!

 

Breast Cancer Foundation New Zealand

Over the last 6 years Griffin's has paricipated in Breast Cancer Foundation New Zealand's annual fundraising and awareness month; producing biscuits, crackers and chips that enable the public to purchase a little treat for themselves and donate at the same time.

Surf Life Saving New Zealand

Griffin's has been in partnership with Surf Life Saving New Zealand since 2023.

For every Eta Ripples Ready Salted, Chicken and Salt & Vinegar 150g packet sold, Griffin's will donate five cents to SLSNZ. This will be used to help provide training, resources, and support for Surf Life Saving clubs in need across the country, enabling them to continue to reduce drownings and help keep beachgoers safe.
